A Letter To The Newly Appointed HRD Minister of India

Respected Minister,

Heartiest congratulations on being appointed as The Union Minister for HRD.

It’s a great achievement one can ever expect to reach at the post you are currently holding. That too in thirties.

People who admire the success are many a time not aware of the hard work with personal values and ethics goes behind what is visible as a shining success.

Now that you already hold an office, you are really fortunate to be opportune to bring positive and better change in the life of young India.

Your own achievement truly describe that success doesn’t depend only on the education and degree.

There is a lot more to learn, practice and vision to achieve the goals. And the basic ingredient which needs to be worked on is, to be a job creator or a job giver instead of job seeker, which as a young Indian we need to learn.

Our education systems need to undergo some basic changes where we start learning what makes us productive. What makes us believe in values and ethics. We shall learn to think for the fellow citizens and nation before self.

We most of the time expect someone to come and take charge to change the things and system that trouble us.

When it comes to employment, we depend on the Government and Corporates. The youth who wants to explore entrepreneurship and generate jobs is in minority.

As an Indian I have always followed singing “Hum Honge Kamyab Ek Din”,
and in hope for that Ek Din, we continue living the same way we kept living.

Now that you have come from a very basic grass roots level, you can connect much better way with the needs of change.

I am sure your department will definitely work towards the changes for betterment under your leadership.

Let us all work together to make India as an employment generators and not wanting for some one to create jobs for us.

I commit to contribute my share to the fullest to make our country the best in the world.

Wishing you and your team the best to make our lives best and contributing.

An Indian Citizen who loves India very much.
